Here's how we measure suits:

A -- Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure from arm seam to arm seam, at the point at which the arms meet the seam at the top of the shoulder.

B -- Shoulder to Wrist: Measure from the seam at the top of the arm to one inch past the wrist.

C -- Nape to Waist: Measure from the bottom of the collar to the natural waist (on an existing suit, measure to the "arrows" at the top of the pleats).

D -- Nape to Knee: Measure from the bottom of the collar to the bend of the knee in back.

Inseam: Standing barefoot on the floor, measure from groin, inside leg, past ankle to the floor.
