Shipping
We usually ship via FedEx Ground, but are happy to ship
with UPS or USPS if you so desire. Please let us know if your shipment is time-sensitive and we can ship overnight or
next day.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover and use authorize.net to
process charges. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your
order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Shipping Items for Review:
We
recognize that this is a custom clothing business where a good fit is critical and feeling that you look great could play
a big part in the way you ride, so we do ship items for review. However, we must protect our consignors, who actually
own the items we offer, so we require that the total cost of all shipped items be held on a credit card.
We authorize the charge on the card, but do not process it unless and until you tell us what you want to keep.
We do not recommend holding charges on a debit card, since doing this will result in a hold being placed on funds
in your checking account. We ask that you return any unwanted items within seven days. We release
the hold on the card when returned items arrive here. We reserve the right to to process the charge for all
items not returned in a timely manner.
Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user
is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their
order.
